We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our luxury porcelain tile showroom in Dubai.
Job Overview :
The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a keen eye for quality, with the ability to engage clients such as construction and developer companies, designers and consulting companies
and construction projects and drive sales to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, their office and projects.
providing detailed information about our luxury porcelain tile products. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients. - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote our brand and products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the luxury goods or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English: knowledge of additional languages is an advantage (Arabic, Indian)
