Yes. Visit our showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai, or contact us to request a sample of the products you are interested in.
Measure the area in square metres and add about 10% for cuts and breakage. Order everything for one area together so all tiles come from the same batch.
In-stock items usually arrive within 2–4 working days in Dubai and 3–6 working days elsewhere in the UAE. See Delivery Information.
Yes. Choose showroom collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.
Credit or debit card, paid securely online at checkout. For large or project orders, request a quotation and you can pay by bank transfer by arrangement. We do not accept cash on delivery. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
No. Our staff inspect every order, and you inspect it with us on the spot at delivery, or at our showroom or factory when you collect. Once your order has been delivered and accepted, it cannot be returned or refunded. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Check your tiles with our delivery team before you sign the delivery note. Any damaged or incorrect boxes are taken back on the spot and we will replace or refund them. Damage that is not reported at delivery cannot be accepted later.
