Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed and quotations requested on ivy-tile.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: 30 October 2026.
1. About us
This website is operated by IVY TILE L.L.C, a single-owner limited liability company registered in Dubai (Commercial Licence No. 1178978, Commercial Register No. 1966744), trading as IVY TILE, a porcelain tile and slab supplier. Our showroom is at Showroom 3-3, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact us at info@ivy-tile.com.
2. Products and colours
Porcelain is a manufactured product. Shade, texture and veining can vary between production batches and between individual tiles, and colours on screen can differ from the real product. We recommend seeing a sample or visiting our showroom before ordering large quantities, and ordering everything for one area together so it comes from the same batch.
3. Prices
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Tiles are sold in full boxes: the price per square metre is shown for comparison, and you are charged per box. The box price and the area each box covers are shown on every product page. Delivery charges are shown in your cart before you pay. If a price was shown incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it.
4. Payment
Online orders are paid by credit or debit card at checkout, after you have entered your details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. For large or project orders, you can request a quotation and pay by bank transfer by arrangement with us; we send our bank details with your quotation or invoice. We do not accept cash on delivery. We process and dispatch your order once the payment has been received.
5. Orders
Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and will refund in full any payment received for the cancelled products.
6. Quotations
Quotations created on this website are estimates based on current prices and the quantities you enter. They are valid for 30 days from the date shown and are subject to stock availability. A quotation is not an order; to order, reply to the quotation, contact us, or add the products to your cart.
7. Your account
You can buy as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, please keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
8. Delivery and collection
Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk pass to you when the goods are delivered or collected. See our Delivery Information page for charges and details.
9. Returns
Please inspect your order with our staff on the spot, at delivery or when you collect from our showroom or factory. Returns are only possible at that moment. Once your order has been delivered or collected and accepted, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
10. Installation
Tiles should be installed by a qualified installer following the manufacturer's guidelines. Please inspect tiles at delivery or collection; claims for damaged, faulty or incorrect items must be raised with our staff at that time, and cannot be accepted once the goods have been accepted or installed.
11. Your statutory rights and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
